It’s refreshing to find a writer who takes on the paranormal and gives it a fresh twist. Today I have the pleasure to interview Simone Snaith, an author who does exactly that with her series, The Fairville Woods. Read on to find out more about her writing as well as her music!
In the spirit of NaNoWriMo and this July’s Camp NaNoWriMo, I thought it would be fun to interview a writer who specializes in writing fast. In fact, that’s the name of his blog: How To Write Fast. Peter Andrews has been perfecting his own methods of prolificity and passing his knowledge onto his fellow writers for awhile. It is my delight to have him with us today!

Choosing an editor can be one of the toughest decisions a writer faces before publishing a book. Sometimes, writers who sign with a small press can choose their editors. Most times– especially when dealing with larger houses–this choice is not offered. With the rise of self-publishing or indie publishing, writers have more control over this and other aspects, from editing to release. This new control can be a blessing or a burden with a lot of trial and error.
Happy New Year! I can’t think of a more wonderful way to start this year’s Spell Caster interviews than with the lovely and talented Jenn Reese. Multi-talented is an understatement!
Her book Above World will soon be joined by its sequel Mirage. I think this is one great series in the making.

It’s my pleasure to introduce you to my ninth Spell Caster: Devin Blake! The perfect simplicity and balance of her drawings hint at a vigorous training in some prestigious art school. But Devin is self-taught. And I must say her teacher deserves a shiny, red apple. Devin’s work is amazing, and her potential points toward legendary, I believe. I am so glad to have a moment to share her story and interview with you! Click on the picture or HERE to go to the interview! Yay! 🙂
Eric Drobile has a rare combination of gifts. Indeed, I have yet to find another artist who not only takes my breath away with his sensitive, soul-capturing portraits, but also leaves me cringing and giggling over his basely wicked web comics.
Interviewing him was a real treat for me. Check out the interview HERE!
